Born in Memphis, Citizen Cope, AKA Clarence Greenwood, is a songwriter and producer playing an eclectic mix of blues, laid-back rock, soul, and folk. Over the past decade of continuous touring he has built up a large and dedicated following. Citizen Cope is a critically acclaimed songwriter and has had his work recorded by a number of vastly different musical artists, including Carlos Santana, Sheryl Crow, Dido and Richie Havens.
