About Apart From Rod
A celebration of the music of Rod Stewart. Featuring Rod's original guitarists Jim Cregan and Gary Grainger. These guys co-wrote, co-produced, recorded and toured with Stewart during 1976-1994. When the Faces broke up in 1975, Rod Stewart started his own band, which went to be hugely successful, topping charts, and selling out concerts throughout the World. Many of the songs they recorded were co-written by Jim Cregan & Gary Grainger. 35 years later these two old friends have rediscovered their love for this music, and have decided to play it live on stage again. This idea became a band, and the band is now 'Apart From Rod'.
