Phil Wang
The Eurasian stand-up’s cerebral charm has seen him become established on the airwaves. In 2016 and 2017 Phil appeared on Live at the Apollo (BBC2), Have I Got News For You (BBC1), Would I Lie to You? (BBC1), 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (C4), Dave’s Unspun With Matt Forde (as the show’s regular Asian Correspondent), Jack Dee’s Inauguration Helpdesk (BBC2) and Drunk History (Comedy Central). He has also written and starred in two series for BBC Radio 4 with his 2015 Foster’s Edinburgh Best Newcomer Award nominated sketch group Daphne. Bridget Christie
Bridget Christie has been a regular on the sketch and stand-up circuit for over 15 years. In 2013 she became the third woman to win the Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Show with A Bic For Her, which went on to win the 2014 South Bank Sky Arts Award for Best Comedy, the 2014 Chortle Award for Best Show, a 2014 Hospital 100 Club Award for Performance and broke box office records at Soho Theatre. In December 2019 the show was named as one of The Times comedy shows of the decade. She is the host of BBC Radio 4 series Bridget Christie Minds the Gap and the first British woman to have her own Netflix special. Jen Brister
Jen Brister is a stand up comic, writer and comedy actor. Sarah Keyworth
Sarah Keyworth is an award-winning stand up comedian who performs live regularly across the UK. Sarah has performed stand-up on The Now Show (BBC Radio 4) and has featured on the BBC, Comedy Central and has done tour support for incredible acts such as Stewart Francis, Dane Baptiste, Kerry Godliman, Jan Ravens and Abandoman. In 2018 she performed her debut hour, Dark Horse, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival drawing much critical acclaim, including a Herald Angel Award, a Pleasance Theatre award and a nomination for Best Newcomer in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards.
