This art deco cinema which originally opened in 1935 has been completely remodelled inside, providing a brand new 500 seat auditorium which can be used for live on stage theatre and live music concerts, as well as cinema, on the largest screen in Cornwall.

The Theatre or Screen 1 has now had a circle added above the original stadium floor, as well as six private boxes each seating from two to eight people. These can be booked in advance for special occasions, celebrations, or perhaps as a thank you to friends or business acquaintances. There is a dance area in front of the stage for those shows of artists when you cannot resist the urge to get up and dance!
