Look out! Something’s coming down the street for you!
Meek and mild floral assistant Seymour Krelborn stumbles across a new breed of plant that he names Audrey II, after his coworker crush.
As Seymour works to win the heart of his co-worker Audrey, little does he know that his plant is on its own quest for world domination. When the plant’s appetite becomes too demanding for Seymour to keep supplying, it uses its powers of manipulation to get what it wants, letting nothing and no one stand in its way.
With music by Alan Menken’s and Howard Ashman’s lyrics this horror comedy rock musical features several well known songs Suddenly Seymour, Feed Me, Somewhere that’s Green and the title song Little Shop of Horrors.
Little Shop of Horrors is the ever-popular dark comedy from Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, produced by the award-winning Preston Musical Comedy Society

Preston Musical Comedy Society
Preston Musical Comedy Society was formed in 1953 performing it’s first production, The Desert Song, at The Royal Hippodrome in 1954. The society has called many Theatres in Preston home since that first production. These have included The Gaumont Theatre, The Empire and The Charter Theatre which we still use along with the Playhouse. Over the years the Society has helped many of it’s members on their way to a successful career in showbiz – Alfie Boe, John Thomson, Tupele Dorgu, Jessica Pieterson (nee Taylor), Sophie McDonnell and Julie Atherton to name just a few. Preston Musical Comedy Society continues to be one of the most highly regarded companies in the North West. In recent years we have won more NODA awards than any other group in our region and we continue to present top quality musicals and pantomimes for the people of Preston.…
