Welcome to The Fabulous 50s & Swinging 60s Show! Get ready to travel back in time and experience the magic of these iconic decades at the Melksham Assembly Hall.
One of the sixties' finest are hitting the road again to delight audiences with all the classic hits from their days as Freddie and The Dreamers, plus some choice tunes from other iconic sixties bands.
As well as an evening of fantastic music, these guys provide plenty of laughs as Alan Mosca - singing with the band for over 45 years - entertains with tales of his life touring with this iconic group.
Also featuring guest star Tributes to The Everly Brothers & Buddy Holly.
Join us for a night filled with classic tunes, retro vibes, and groovy dances. Put on your best vintage outfit and get ready to twist and shout to the greatest hits of the 50s and 60s. It's going to be a blast from the past that you won't want to miss!

The Dreamers

Freddie & The Dreamers emerged as part of the '60s British Pop Invasion, good-natured and up-beat Manchester clowns scoring a number of hits on both sides of the Atlantic including If You Gotta Make A Fool Of Somebody, I'm Telling You Now and You Were Made For Me'. The band toured until 1968 and broke up not too long after that. Frontman Freddie Garrity reformed an all-new Freddie and the Dreamers in 1976, the band continued to tour until Garrity's retirement in 2000 due to ill-health, when they changed their name to The Dreamers.
