The GMen are a nine piece Soul Band from Sheffield
They have been playing classic soul for over twelve years, featuring the music of Stax legends Otis Redding, Sam and Dave, and Eddie Floyd and Motown bands such as The Temptations, Junior Walker, and Stevie Wonder. Not forgetting Northern Soul hits "Do I love You", "Barefootin", and "The Snake".
The GMen are the band that love to entertain, they have a full brass section; including Steve Beighton on Sax, Cary Baylis on guitar, and the well-known Jack T. Harper on vocals.

The G Men Soul Band
An eight piece soul band who came together from different areas of Sheffield pulled in by a shared love of soul music. The band rehearsed for a long time before a deliberately low key start which they have grown in to a packed and varied schedule. The band is commited to providing a great night's entertainment and inject a great deal of humour into their performance whilst taking their music very seriously. Providing a reliable entertainment service for thousands the G Men count the BBC as satisfied customers.
