Take yourself back to the 1960's and be a judge of the finest acts on "Juke Box Jury" or ‘Opportunity Knocks ‘. The audience have never heard of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones or any of the eight groups that will perform live on stage. You will be asked to vote for the band you want to go through and reach the grand final to see who is the best act of the night. The show is presented by Lauren Potter who will introduce you to the various acts. In the spirit of the Variety Shows Lauren introduces the 8 acts and also sings from Dusty, Cilla, Lula, Nancy SInatra and some of the hits of Motown. The bands are brought to life by multi award winning act The Zoots who have been performing in 1960's productions since 2009. Expect brilliantly performed songs, laughter and excitement as it gets to the finals where YOU decide who wins. THE AUDIENCE DECIDES! On the bill are, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Kinks, The Monkees, The Small Faces, The Beach Boys, The Searchers as performed by The Zoots
The Zoots
The Zoots are a multi award winning act who have performed over 1000 shows and toured over 30 countries. They specialise in decade themed shows Sounds of the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s which they perform at theatres, festivals and private events. Formed in 2009 by Jamie Goddard who was a singer songwriter with Warner Brothers.
