Andrew Bird
Watching The Young Ones with his brothers as an eight year old, at two in the morning on Comic Relief, he realised then that he wanted to be funny in some way. Relaxed and improvisatory, Andrew Bird is one of those rare comedians who makes friends with his audiences in an instant with his engaging mix of childhood stories and more recent anecdotes. He has supported Rhod Gilbert, Lee Hurst and Michael McIntyre as well as performing internationally. Njambi McGrath
Born and educated in Kenya Njambi McGrath went to university in London and New York, has an IT degree and worked in IT before retraining to work in higher education. She is fluent in 3 languages and has a unique voice. Since her debut at the Comedy Cafe, she has been tipped as the hottest thing to come out of the Africa since the Sahara. Within 14 months os starting comedy, she was voted 1 of the top 5 Female comedians by the Sun’s Fabulous magazine. She was nominated the best Female New comer at the Black comedy Awards. She has been on Radio 2 and BBC Radio 4Xtra.

Jonathan Elston
Jonathan Elston is a fresh, punchy, gag-driven comic who combines sharp joke writing and quirky observations with a youthful likability that charms his audience and endears him to any room. However, as with many top comics, success means is Jonathan rarely to be found out of a coach or car. The carbon footprint that Jonathan has created since his career began is big enough to have destroyed a football pitch sized hole in the Brazilian rainforest! Despite the havoc he is wreaking on the rainforests, Jonathan is steadfast in his focus and continues to be one of the most sought after young acts working the circuit.
